About HOBOvertise!

HOBOvertise was founded in 2005 by two friends with an idea, an idea that was soon bankrupt because of a lack of good, cheap advertising space. How can a small company thrive when ad space on billboards and the internet cost so much money? It was this question that spawned HOBOvertise. After eating a nice fancy restaurant downtown in the city we were gathering our things at the door when we were BUM rushed by 3 hobos asking us for our leftovers. Not one to give over free food without a fight we told the hobos to give us a minute as we discussed. We came to the conclusion that we would give the hobos our leftover food if they would kick each other in the genitals. Naturally hobo number 1 pulled back and kicked hobo number 2 harder than we had ever seen a man kick another man in the genitals. Hobo number 2 fell to the ground in pain, but soon got his revenge. He wound up and punched hobo number 1 in the genitals and thus a BB ensued, A BB is what we in the business call a Bum Brawl, it happens occasionally, just one of the hazards of the job. We left the food on the sidewalk next to hobo number 3 and walked away, making sure not to look back, because from then on we were only looking forward. Looking forward to the future, which is how HOBOvertise was born. From that day we realized that hobos will do just about anything for a little food, money, beer, sex, children, cardboard box, toothbrush, water, even a live chicken. So why not trade these things in return for advertising space. Naturally the hobos were more than willing to help out. So to help advertise HOBOvertise, we hired our first hobo to walk the streets holding our sign. Business took off after that and we are now a thriving company built on hobos. Thousands of new hobos emerge in the market each day and with todays economy there are thousands losing their jobs each week. That means more advertising space for the businesses that haven't gone under yet!
